How do I place an order?
Choose your pair, pick colour and size, add it to your cart and check out. You can also order directly on WhatsApp.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan, and online payment before delivery with JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer.
Do I get a discount for paying online?
Yes. Choose JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer at checkout and 10% comes off your order automatically. No code needed.
Will you confirm my order?
Yes. We call or WhatsApp every customer to confirm the size and address before we ship.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, before it is shipped. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Usually 3–5 working days anywhere in Pakistan. Big cities are often faster.
How much is delivery?
A flat delivery charge applies, and delivery is free on bigger orders. You’ll see the exact amount in your cart.
How can I track my parcel?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and mobile number. We also send you the courier tracking number.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Not from the website yet. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll arrange international delivery for you.
Size & fit
How do I know my size?
Measure your foot and use our Size Guide. Between sizes? Take the bigger one.
The chappal feels tight. Is that normal?
Yes. Genuine leather is firm at first and softens in the first week of wear.
Can I exchange the size?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery for unworn pairs in original condition.
Quality & care
Is the leather genuine?
Always. Every pair is made from real cow or buffalo leather.
What is the difference between tyre and leather soles?
Tyre soles are very tough and grippy, great for daily wear. Leather soles are lighter and more formal, great for weddings and Eid.
How do I look after my chappals?
Wipe clean with a dry cloth, avoid soaking in water, and use a neutral leather cream every few months.
