Size exchange

If your pair doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for another size within 7 days of delivery.

The pair must be unworn outdoors, clean, and in its original condition and packaging.

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the size you need. We’ll arrange the exchange.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it at no cost.

If an exchange is not possible, we refund to your bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa account within 7 working days of receiving the pair back.
